Co-Owner of a personal concierge service geared to Russian clients of the upper economic stratum. Personal assistance in organising all aspects of a visit to Holland: reservations, personal shopping assistance, transportation arrangements, gastronomy consultancy, guided tours in and around Amsterdam.

Chef De Rang in the Brasserie of a 5 star Hotel. Responsibilities include serving guests and managing support personnel to create a flawless dining experience for discriminating clientele. I am also alternating breakfast supervisor managing a very busy stage of the hotel’s service whilst training junior personnel on service of LHW standards, wine knowledge, inventory overview and upselling techniques.
