Member of management team with dual responsibilities over HR and Beverage Management. Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, salary planning and to manage the beverage business including purchasing strategy, inventory management, sales, staff training, and bar staff management. -Managed the integration of the HR function for two acquisitions: Aptis Communications, a company acquired by Nortel Networks in March 1998, and then CoreTek in June 2000.
