Member of management team with dual responsibilities over HR and Beverage Management. Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, salary planning and to manage the beverage business including purchasing strategy, inventory management, sales, staff training, and bar staff management. Successfully doubled the employee population from 150 to 300 in 6 months with Coretek.

Managed the optimization of over 140 people to meet cost reduction goals at Coretek.
Designed a Strategic Business Incentive plan for all Aptis employees that contributed to the organization over achieving business objectives by 10% and 50% for each 6-month period.
