In this position I am responsible for the determining of budgets available to the stores for the props to be used in the Windows. Keeping track of all budgets on store level for approx. 250 stores for both Franchises as well as Own and Operated stores.
I monitor and issue the PO’s for any expense incurred due to Windows props and assign to correct cost center for reconciliation of the monthly Opex, finally reconcile expenses prior to invoicing.
Keep a close eye on early deliveries, coordinate deliveries to other regions such as Asia Pacific, US and South America with the local offices.
I work as well as the main point of contact for suppliers, stores and the designated 3PL for all logistics issues during seasonal launches.
Occasionally source for new suppliers to provide services as well as manufacturing props.
