As operations manager responsible for opening a new luxury Beach Club in Curacao. This luxurious Beach Club consisted of a venue with capacity of 1,000 guests a 150-cover fine dining restaurant and a full service beach with 200 beds. My work consisted of completely setting up the operational aspect of the new Beach Club and revenue management. This was a project assignment for only the set up of the beach club.

Well known Dutch nightlife consulting agency that specializes in nightlife in general. Activities: concept development / promotion and advice tailored to promote sales and popularity. Main activities included the custom design and implementation of concepts for several new major hospitality concepts, support and advice in the construction/opening process and consultancy to increase profit for several venues in the Benelux

Club manager/ Odeon Day & Night Jan.2006/Jan 2009

Popular venue with a capacity of 1000 visitors, consisting of 4 rooms and 7 bars. During my work I was responsible for the repositioning of the club. Devising programs, marketing campaigns and reorganizing the back office and operational aspect of the club. During my work the Odeon was nominated best Venue in the Netherlands.

Ass. F&B manager/ Hilton Sharksbay, Egypt Jan.2005/Jan 2006

5 **** Hilton resort. Daily assisting the F & B Manager in the running of 4 restaurants and 5 bars. Independently implement a new hygiene program for all F&B outlets and the kitchen. Main responsibilities where managing the staff and maintaining the high quality of service.

Event/production manager/ Free lance, Europe 2008/Present

Working on a freelance basis as an event / production manager for various events agencies and brands such as Heineken, KLM, Matter of taste, Amsterdam Village Company, Maison de Boer, Shoebaloo, ING, Ikea.
