Stages en werkervaring: I have been working during my academic experience in several restaurants, hotels and shops, to pay my expenses while I was studing.
After I finished it, I had been working in several financial companies where I enhance my skills and gained experience in the field of finance and customer service.
I had worked as account manager (internship) at Spanish Bank as a financial advisor, managing the private banking especially for individuals and entrepreneurs, advising clients in the full range of banking and insurance, where you use financial planning tools. Alerts to opportunities for cross selling.
Also, I have been working for almost 2 years as account manager at Ford Credit Spain. My main duties there were to receive payments and post amount pay to customer accounts, locate and monitoring overdue payments, negociate and confer with customer about reason of overdue payments, give suport and answer questions by phone, email or post, related to their accounts, products and service.
Since 2 month, I am looking for job in Holland, and while I am helping Gllrmo.es, it is an organization who help spanish people to live and work in Holland giving information by internet and email or phone. And as well I help them to expand their bussines.
