U bent op zoek naar een representatieve en flexibele Executive assistente. In deze functieomschrijving die u vermeld kan ik me goed vinden. Graag wil ik daarom reageren op deze vacature.
De functie van Executive assistente spreekt mij om diverse redenen aan. De eerste reden, is dat deze functie zeer goed aansluit op mijn werk ervaring als Personal assistente bij Liberty Global. Daarnaast beheers ik de Engelse en Nederlandse taal goed en heb ik ook kennis van de Franse , de Spaanse en de Italiaanse taal. Tenslotte ben ik een goede team player maar ben ik goed in staat zelfstandig te werken.
Momenteel ben ik werkzaam als Executive assistente bij een internationaal bouwbedrijf. In deze functie ben ik verantwoordelijk voor alle secretariële werkzaamheden voor 6 leden van het medical team en CEO en CMO. Mijn werkzaamheden bestaan uit het bijhouden van de agendas, het inplannen van vergaderingen, het regelen van zakenreizen, telefoonbehandeling en allerlei aanvullende administratieve werkzaamheden.
Graag zou ik voor een nadere kennismaking worden uitgenodigd om mijn sollicitatie mondeling toe te kunnen lichten.
