Stages en werkervaring: 2005 to 2012 – Distribution Team Member at ARI Logistics. Responsible for:
• Importing new orders, checking addresses, checking legality to specific exportation products, checking prices and sending costs;
• Generate packing lists and invoices;
• Contacting customers if necessary; making arrangements for special requests from customers;
• Managing people to pick up/pack orders in shifts, according to sending methods and couriers;
• Preparing the orders (picking up) and making the packages;
• Sending products sold in auctions;
• Uploading each shift in the respective courier website;
• Controlling stock numbers;
• Making mutations at stock programs to produced goods;
• Communicating to other departments about stock numbers and about web site availability or not of products;
• Making backorders to products temporarily out of stock;
• Control, managing and ordering packing material;
• Checking labels, batch numbers and expire dates at products;
• Communicating the producing department about items to be produced;
• Managing returned orders;
• Communicating with external program developers about specific problems/ requests with the ones we use every day (ex. Parcelware at TNT);
• Relocate products in the warehouse and making changes at location codes when necessary;
• Implement/ maintain all the HACCP rules/methods;
