I worked in the performance engineering unit of the Finacle business unit. • Played a critical role in the RCBC Bank transformation project in understanding the client`s business requirements and delivering the results through performance improvement. Was the SPOC for the Batch jobs performance improvement.
• Improved the performance of Oracle 10g, 11g applications through database tuning.
• Helped the client in making optimum utilization of its resources through performance improvement and efficient scheduling of jobs
• Increased the efficiency by reducing the time taken by the backend processes in the bank providing them more business time.
• Collaborated with IBM (hardware vendor), the offshore support team and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions on time.
