Sunrise medical is an American company which produces wheelchairs . My tasks as customer support are to help and advise belgian customers ( french and dutch speaking ) on technical and delivery issues by phone and e-mail . This also consists in entering and following up orders from customers ( making sure they receive the goods ) by calling them and logging all the informations in our database . I am mainly responsible for keeping the customer being satisfied with our services and I am the link between the account managers , the customer , the outsourced units and the internal department .
April 2007 august 2007 : Borland Solutions Support Center - Customer Support Coordinator(CSC)
Borland is an American company which as well produces and sells business software as customer support for its worldwide client base. My tasks as a CSC on the site of Amstelveen involved logging technical issues by phone, taking care of e-mails for Emea clients and processing client orders for software . These had to be completed under extreme time pressure and as efficiently as possible in order to fulfill my role as a link between clients and technical support analysts . Further I was responsible for keeping the internal database up-to-date .

This also consists in following up the projects of the customers ( trying to get some sales informations ) or following up the emergencies ( making sure they receive the goods ) by calling them and logging all the informations in our database . I am mainly responsible for keeping the customer being satisfied with our services and I am the link between the account managers and the customers especially in Fruit and Vegetables industries and Beverage industries which means giving important informations to the account managers, scheduling meetings and giving feed back to customers .

1997 2001- Bonduelle - Teammanager
The task of a teammanager consisted of leading two large teams in one of the Bonduelle canning-factory for fresh food (TV-dinner) . Responsibilities included the setting up of the schedule and the writing and creating of hygiene and task procedures . In addition to that, I was managing and coordinating a great part of the production line under extreme time pressure . I enjoyed challenges such as training new staff and setting up the ISO 9002 certificate .

As a technical specialist I was responsible for achieving the targets of production and applying the procedures of production and hygiene to one machine .
