Responsibilities
• Manage and lead projects from initial brief to the installation of final products
• Engage with potential clients to translate concepts in to design solutions
• Meet with clients to discuss and understand the initial brief
• Define brand guidelines and ensure in-house designers and external contractors adhere to these rules

• Manage internal resources, including graphics teams, CAD designers and desktop operators

Achievements
• Selected to be part of an experienced team seconded to New Zealand for three months to establish a new office and initiate
a nationwide project. To set up and manage the rebrand of all Shell stations in New Zealand to the new ‘Z Energy’ brand. This has
been the largest and most visible rebranding exercise in recent New Zealand history.
• Successfully developed and installed environmental branding to the new head office for Astra Zeneca. The success of this
project enabled a lasting working relationship between the client and myself that led to further work in environmental branding and
exhibition displays.

Design Project Manager March 2009 – May 2010
Client List: Disney Cruise Line, P&O Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Pullmantur Cruises.

Responsibilities;
• To manage and lead projects from initial brief to final installation.
• To meet with clients regularly to determine and interpret the brief for each project.
• To lead the graphic designers in producing artwork for manufacture and graphics for proposals.
• Ensure the manufacturers deliver on time and to a high quality though regular QC visits.
• Arrange site visits, client meetings and visits to manufacturers throughout the EMEA and Americas regions.

Achievements;
• Successfully led and implemented a complete rebrand for a cruise ship with a capacity of 1,032 passengers, to bring three
sister ships in line with one unifying brand.
• Managed the creation of a Disney Cruise Line exhibition centre in Papenberg, Germany.
