Programme: FMP Program (Future Messaging Platform)
Programme realisation: The current messaging infrastructure at Credit Suisse is at a mature delivery level. However it lacks important functionality that is needed in the future so that Credit Suisse starts investing strategically into the messaging platform. As a consequence, the FMP program (i.e. Future Messaging Platform) was kicked off in January 2011 to implement a new platform based on AMH – product developed by Arkelis (a Swift company) – capable of supporting the future messaging needs of Credit Suisse.
Role:

Project: Calypso Unified Payments & Receipts Service Project

Project realisation: Calypso has been selected as the strategic target for Back Office processing, initially for Financial Markets FX/MM processing only. This project has the objective to implement the necessary changes to enable Calypso becoming the FM payments and receipts processing platform. In order to actually start using the service, a Static data set-up / migration is necessary because all Legal entities, Settlement instructions and Accounts as currently available in current applications will have to be set-up and/or compared in Calypso.

Role:
 Responsible for static data subproject within the project
 Responsible for the planning and execution of the set up and alignment of all static data for interest rate and equity derivatives for the new strategic target application Calypso and between existing applications

Programme: Global Murex FX Options Programme
Programme realisation: a solution for global processing FX-options that meets the requirements of bank with respect to pricing, dealcapture, position management and risk management. The solution also supports STP processing by facilitating a link to the currentapplications in the operations environment, including the required reporting to MRM within all boundaries of bank, Market and Regulatory compliance.

DNB – (Amsterdam, the Netherlands) – ‘Icesave’ Project Management Support
Project: Icesave Project
Project realisation: the repayment of approximately 100.000 savings accounts to Dutch depositors at internet savings bank ‘Icesave’, Landsbanki according to the Deposit Guarantee Scheme (European law).
Project background information: the project needed to be executed by ´De Nederlandsche Bank´ as a result of an international dispute. The Icesave dispute is a diplomatic dispute that began in 2008 between Iceland on one hand and the United Kingdom and the Netherlands on the other. The dispute is centered on the retail creditors of the Icelandic bank Landsbanki, which offered online savings accounts under the "Icesave" brand. The bank was placed into receivership by the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority (FME) on 7 October 2008. As a result, more than 400,000 depositors with Icesave accounts in the UK and the Netherlands were unable to access their money for at least 6 to 8 weeks, while waiting for payout from the Deposit Guarantee Schemes in these countries.
