Maintain  company database Claim handling from customers, ensuring claims are closed within a reasonable timeframe according to companies Key Performance Indicators.Administrator of stock returns.
 Receives, analyze the Bank files,provide the payments in order to allocate them in the appropriated customer account.Reconciliation
Overall monitoring of any possible Fraud opportunities due to technical weaknesses or defects to ensure detection as early as possible.
Collect amounts due in accordance with agreed payment terms.
Monitor and reduce DSO, limit aging of invoices older than 90 days, reduce overdue amounts.
Responsible for customer financial order approval/releases, by balancing the needs of the customer with the financial realities of their liquidity.
Bankruptcy;
Handle, and provide good understanding incoming and outbound calls from customers and technical logistic.
Make sure that the customer issue will be solved in a short time, in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
