Persoonlijke eigenschappen: I am active, responsible, creative, committed and sometimes excessively perfectionist.
I am self determined in each and every aspect of my life. I am as a result hard-working because I know of no other way that leads to achieving what I have set my sights on.
I have learned that a single hour of hands on, practical work is more valuable than ten hours in the classroom. I have come to understand that people learn in many different ways, and that all my students had something useful to teach me in return. I experienced that when you work as a team, you have to adapt and be twice as flexible while still being assertive but also half as independent. By doing so, the results are doubly satisfactory too.
