2008 - current:
Country Creative Director – Saudi Arabia/GCC
Creative Director of top international full service agency in Saudi Arabia. I report directly to the Country Manager - managing various creative departments (advertising, design, activation and digital) in Riyadh and Jeddah, and assisting offices in the GCC from Dubai, to as far as Tunisia. As head of department I am directly responsible for increasing the creative output of the group and maintaining a high degree of efficiency and creativity. My expertise in new media and marketing techniques has pushed the agency to forefront of integrated communication.

Day to day responsibilities include:
Strategic thinking, inspiration of creative teams, client presentations and pushing the creative solutions to the maximum. Overseeing all output of full-fledged agency.
Involved in client presentation, new business pitches (8 out of 9 pitches won in past year) and creative strategy, directly responsible for the creative output and creative teams. Overseeing art direction, presentation of concepts to client and the instruction and motivation of creative teams. Specialist in introducing and implementing TTL strategic and creative structure both internally and to client. Implementing a new creative structure. Improving general creative output standards.

Oh Agency is a creative branding "Outhouse" that consists of a collective of creatives working for agencies in an advisory capacity.
