Reporting & Analysing:
 Data compile and analysis, maintain business operations metrics like bookings and forecast.
 Weekly reporting: Provide weekly update and analysis from MBR and POS report sources.

 Reassurance of continuous operation workflows.

 Provide research and business intelligence through the use of businesses tools including Global Claiming Tool (GCT), Status Tool (ST), Salesforce.com, Business Objects, My Business Report (MBR) and Field Data Enrichment Validation (FDEV)
