Starting this past year, I have made some investments in Real Estate with the objective of renting out apartments for short stays by visitors from all over the world. The establishment of a professional website, presentation of promotional material, and a well-organized reservation system, have been of great influence to my current success.
I support the customer throughout the entire reservation process until their bjooking. Customer service and productive, efficient management are my key success factors in getting a high amount of reservations. Because of my flexible, service oriented and problem solving approach, I ensure that customer expectations are met. A high customer satisfaction rate gives great personal pleasure, but also provides customer loyalty, word-of-mouth promotion and sales along the way.


• 2011-2013 Medior Employee Client Service at ABN AMRO MoneYou
I was part of the support team that helped MoneYou to launch an online Bank organization in Germany. It was my task to translate product specifications and regulations from Dutch to German. Addtionally, I handled 2nd line calls (?) and customer emails, evaluated internal and external Customer Service calls and developed and implemented product improvements.

• 2011 B2C Call Agent at Belsell in Almere
I was responsible for contacting American Express Credit Card holders who are also member of the KLM Frequent Flyer program Flying Blue. My tasks were to listen and respond to customer complaints, identify customer needs and explain American express and Flying Blue program characteristics.
