Persoonlijke eigenschappen: The past four years I have been working in multiple areas. I started with an interest for administrative and
financial companies and had the opportunity to work on project basis in the North of Iraq. Here I brought Dutch
companies together with companies from the Middle East and Europe.
In my work as ‘Representative Customer Service’, I had the opportunity to work with colleagues and
passengers from different cultures and backgrounds, during my work I got acquainted with different
languages, social norms and cultural aspects. The combination of arranging and managing a complete
process with high service standards is what brings me joy and satisfaction.
Some personal aspects that feature me in this line of work include: positive attitude, friendly, warm and caring
personality and a great sense of responsibility. With my enthusiasm, motivational skills and good sense of
humour, I believe I deliver a positive contribution to the work environment. In addition I deliver as a true team
player and I am perfectly able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
