Main activities:
I am responsible for managing airport operations at Schiphol Airport Airlines. On a daily bases I am busy with liaises between the airline, Airport Authorities and third party service providers ensuring that Airlines ground handling requirements and customer service standards are met at all times.

Core tasks include:
„h Managing relationships with relevant internal and external parties;
„h Ensure that all airport activities are delivered safely and securely in compliance with the Airlines;
„h Ensure that all ground services are being delivered in accordance with the Airline;
„h Manage aircraft fueling, heating, cleaning, etc before the flight;
„h Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved in accurately and timely manner;„h Other ad hoc duties when required;
